Iraivi is the brand of Finclub Microcare Foundation, with a core objective of alleviating poverty through livelihood development initiatives that reach out to the underserved poor who do not have access to credit from traditional financial institutions at affordable rates of interest and at the appropriate time.
As a socially responsible entity, Iraivi FMF actively engages in Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives, that go beyond the Self Help Group and Joint Liability Group. The CSR of FMF recognizes the importance of good health for the well-being and productivity of our Target Communities.
FMF has aided a significant number of active groups. We presently possess a branch in Chennai Suburban, operating in various socially and economically disadvantaged communities. FMF solely works in the most underserved areas of rural, semi-urban, and metropolitan regions, with a focus on women's entrepreneurship and also on social enrichment. FMF is committed to helping underprivileged communities to cultivate secure futures for the next generation. We work with the most marginalized families and communities, regardless of religion, race, ethnicity, and gender, to generate lasting transformation in their lives.
Finclub Microcare Foundation assists isolated communities with modest incomes by offering economic and livelihood approaches, encouraging families to generate a source of income and employment opportunities, and unleashing communities' economic potential to prosper. Benefits include reliable livelihoods, enhanced economic well-being, better community well-being, less reliance on external aid, and a renaissance of hope and pride. Our unwavering commitment revolves around the noble mission of empowering women and men hailing from lower socio-economic backgrounds. Through our dedicated efforts, we aim to offer them a pathway to brighter and more prosperous lives.
The FMF board of directors includes notable individuals with extensive experience in the Social Sector, Finance, Technology, and other fields. They are guiding the FMF at the highest levels, and it has become a replicable model. The systems and procedures are well-defined and scrupulously followed. FMF's unique selling point is its high level of transparency. The key objective for which FMF was established remains unchanged, with an emphasis on empowering the underserved areas. Finclub Microcare Foundation firmly supports granting a better livelihood to underprivileged individuals and communities.
FMF's business approach entails SHGs and JLGs in rural, semi-urban, and urban areas for socio-economic activities which include Micro-Entrepreneurs, Artisans, agriculture, allied agriculture, and other small income-generating activities.
