Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancellations

• Bookings can be cancelled from My Bookings before the pooja date, subject to the temple's cancellation window.
• Confirmed bookings that are cancelled trigger an automatic refund request.

Refunds

• Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
• Partial refunds may apply if cancellation occurs close to the pooja date, per the temple's policy.

Non-Refundable Cases

• Completed poojas are not eligible for refund.
• No-shows on the devotee's part are non-refundable.
